Welcome to my ABC Card Series! Throughout this series I’ll be sharing a variety of cards for every occasion from A to Z! I have a Get Well card idea for today. (I never seem to have extra of these on hand when I need one.)
I used the Healing Hugs Stamp Set, Bird Ballard Designer Series Paper, and Layering Circles Dies. I chose one of the new In Colors, Rococo Rose, for the flower and ribbon.
Here’s all the details if you would like to make this card:
- Card Base: Crumb Cake Cardstock 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″. Score and fold at 4-1/4″.
- Layer 1: Rococo Rose Cardstock 4″ x 5 1/4″.
- Layer 2: Whisper White 3 3/4″ x 5. Stamp design in crumb cake in lower right.
- DSP Layer: 3 1/2″ x 4″. Adhere to Whisper White.
- Wrap a piece of Rococo Rose Ribbon around the white layer and adhere on back. Add ribbon bow to the card with Glue Dots.
- Stamp sentiment and leaves in Crumb Cake ink and flower in Rococo Rose ink on Whisper White cardstock. Cut sentiment with Layering Circles Die. Fussy cut leaves and flower.
- Use Layering Circles to cut Whisper White and Crumb Cake circles. Adhere together with Snail Adhesive. Attach to the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Embellish the envelope with a 2 1/4″ x 6″ piece of DSP. Trim around the flap with Paper Snips.

So glad to see a return of the ABC posts. Love the Healing Hugs card–the colors are LUSH! In the photo the ribbon almost looks like a rose gold trimmed with the Rococo Rose–stunning. Thanks for starting off my week with a smile. Have a great 4th, however you celebrate.
