Bay Window Fun Fold Cards with Country Cottage Designer Series Paper

This fun fold is easy to create! You can choose to use one or two patterns of DSP. Both of today’s cards feature the Country Cottage Designer Series Paper. This is a NEW Online Exclusive released November 3rd!

It pairs soft neutrals with rich greens and warm tones, featuring florals, wood-inspired textures, and scenic prints. Perfect for card making, tags, scrapbooking, and paper crafting, it offers a mix of open and intricate patterns that feel varied while still working beautifully together.

Let’s take a closer look at each of today’s cards.

For the first card, I went with all the same DSP.  I cut the strips from one 5 x 4 piece. There are (5) DSP panels.  The furthest right panel is actually a separate piece that is popped up, and holds the card tucked together.

The sentiment is from the Delicate Whispers stamp set cut out with a die from Filled With Sweetness.

You can see from the photo below why it is called a bay window card.

This picture shows the card folded flat for mailing.  The little 1/4″ at the end is what secures it in place.

Inside of the card shows you the raised up 1″ x 4 1/4″ piece that the 1/4″ edge tucks under.

My second card gives you an idea for using two different designer series papers.  The outer most panels are one pattern, then the next panels coming in are from a second pattern. (*Clue #5 explains how to cut the DSP if using one or two different patterns.)

The sentiment is from Round About Messages cut with the 1 7/8 Circle Punch then layered on a piece of Peaceful Pine cut with a circle from Stylish Shapes Dies. Thanks is stamped on Crumb Cake and cut with another Stylish Shapes Die.

I used both patterns of DSP for my coordinating envelope.
