Fragrant Layers Corner Flip Card for Tic Tac Toe #289

Happy Thursday! I am honored to be the designer for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge this week. I had so much fun creating with this week’s board!
I love it when I can use multiple elements from the board and create Tic Tac Toe several different ways. I went across the top, down the left side, and both ways on the diagonal using 7 of the 9 elements. This is such a fun and creative challenge!!! What 3 will you pick? I love fun folds so I knew I would be starting there! Here’s my card.

This fun fold card is a corner flip pop up card. It is so much fun and easy to create! You start with a piece of 6 3/4 x 8 Designer Series Paper. I used the Lovely & Beautiful Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up! With just a couple of score lines and a simple fold over to match up the score lines, you can create this card to WOW your friends & family.

The designer series paper and flowers from Stampin’ Up!’s Fragrant Layers stamp set remind me of Spring.  I used a simple coloring technique with watercolor pencils and Wink of Stella.

I heat embossed the floral image with Gold Embossing Powder. After coloring, I die cut the image with a rectangle from the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I adhered a ribbon bow to the front of the card with a Mini Glue Dot.

I left the inside blank for now as this card can be used for many different occasions.

I used the DSP to make my coordinating envelope.
