I would love to have you join me for this week’s Mystery Monday Stampin’! It’s really fun and easy. I give you step by step clues to create a fun fold card. The best part is you USE WHAT YOU HAVE to create a handmade card! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned stamper, this is a creative way to kick off your week with stamping fun. You do not need a specific stamp set or paper. You already have what you love, so use it! You will find the first clue (the supplies and measurements) for this week’s challenge below.
CLUE #1 -Gather your supplies to be ready to play Mystery Monday Stampin’
- Cardstock #1 (base)– 4 1/4 x 11
- Cardstock #2 – 2 @ 2 1/2 x 4
- Basic White/Neutral Cardstock- 2 @ 2 3/8 x 3 7/8, scraps for sentiment and extra if needed for stamping/die cutting focal piece
- Designer Series Paper – 4 x 6 (hortizontal), extra for envelope (optional)
- Cardstock/DSP to decorate front of card
- Envelope
- Stamps
- Ink
- Adhesive
- Embellishments/Ribbon of choice (optional)
- Tools – Trimmer/Score Board, Bone Folder
- *Optional – coloring tools, embossing folder, die cut/punch, Cut & Emboss Machine

These are all cute cards, but the problem with cards like this is that they do not stand up. Because of the unevenness of the pieces, once you open it you cannot display it.
I would like to see this pattern altered so that it could be stood up once opened by the recipient.
GO for it! There’s no right or wrong way to do mystery stamping! Feel free to alter the measurements or this card can just as easily create a horizontal version instead of portrait. A horizontal version will stand for display. 🙂
