A Vertizontal Fun Fold Pocket Card with Hobby Haven

Are you ready for a new Mystery Stampin’ Challenge this week? I hope so!  Before I get to your first clue I want to share another version of the Vertizontal Fun Fold card. Here’s a look back at the Vertizontal Pocket Cards from a previous Mystery Stampin’ Challenge.

If you are wondering about the name of this fun fold, the “Vertizontal” Pocket Card (created by Robin Ambrecht) is a vertical square pocket card plus a horizontal layer. This pocket card design is perfect for giving gift cards (or cash) for any occasion.

One of the fun things about mystery stamping is there is no right or wrong way. It’s ok to “go rogue” and change it up a bit. I decided to create the Vertizontal Pocket Card using Designer Series Paper. The process works the same way and adds some 2-sided patterned fun!

I used one of the patterns from the Hobby Haven Designer Series Paper.

CLUE #1 -Gather your supplies to be ready to play Mystery Monday Stampin’

• Cardstock- 4 1/4 x 11, 2 @ 3/4 x 1
• Designer Series Paper – 2 @ 1 3/4 x 4 (H),
  extra for envelope (optional)
• Basic White/Neutral Cardstock- 2 @ 1 1/4 x 4
• Pieces for focal layer
• Envelope
• Ink
• Stamps
• Adhesive
• Embellishments- ribbon, adhesive dots or gems/sequins (*optional)
• Tools – Trimmer/Score Board, Bone Folder
• *Optional – coloring tools, embossing folder, die cut/punch, Cut & Emboss Machine
