New “Pup Tent Fun Fold” with Thankful Garden, Wildflower Birthday, and More! Free PDF Tutorial

Did you play along with my Mystery Monday Stampin’? If you followed the clues you would have created a fun fold card similar to these.
Mystery Solved!

This is a hybrid fun fold as it starts out as a bookbinding style with the added twist of an easel card. I couldn’t decide what to call it and rather liked “pup tent” as that is what it reminds me of from the side view. What do you think?

Here’s a closer look at each of today’s cards.



I love the new Everyday Arches Dies! It was the perfect choice to compliment the sentiment from the Arched Wishes Stamp Set. The Wildflower Birthday Specialty Designer Series Paper made this card a breeze. It includes two sheets of die cut images to use on your projects.

You get 10 sheets of double-sided designs, some with party designs, some with all-purpose designs, and some with tags. You also get 2 sheets of ready-to-use die cuts. This paper is perfect for card making, scrapbooking, and other crafting.

My second card uses the Countryside Corners Dies and products from the Thankful Garden Bundle.

I wasn’t going to get the Thankful Garden Bundle because I have so many floral stamp sets and I didn’t think I needed another. However, I am so glad I did! This set is so cool!!!

The Thankful Garden Bundle includes the Thankful Garden Stamp Set, Thankful Garden Dies, and Thankful Garden Decorative Masks.

It is so easy to add  pretty flowers to your cards and crafts with the Thankful Garden Decorative Masks. These masks are meant to be layered, meaning you can build beautiful bouquets with lots of varying texture and detail. Pair them all together for a floral centerpiece on your cards, or use one or two masks to create subtle floral features on your scrapbook pages. With the Thankful Garden Bundle, your paper crafts will always be in bloom! Die cut the large flower stamps to give your card a bright center piece or pair some greenery with smaller die cut flowers to create an eye-catching gift tag. This set is so versatile! I took a little creative liberty with this card. Full disclosure- I made a couple of errors; however, there are no mistakes in stamping!

First of all, I adhered the top before adding the white piece. Oops! So I decided to add a thin layer of basic black and adhere just below the score line. Then I messed up stamping the sentiment on the bottom so I decided to use the DSP to cover it up. I popped up this piece to hold the easel then added a die cut sentiment on top of that. Both easy fixes and a little different look.
