Seaside Bay for Andrew’s Birthday

I am back from visiting family and friends in Massachusetts and celebrating my son’s birthday. Here’s the card I made for him.

I used the Seaside Bay Bundle and By the Bay Designer Series Paper to create his card. I  grew up on Cape Cod and love everything about the ocean, including the seafood! I live in Maryland now and I had to add this bundle to my collection as soon as I saw the crab. I love crab (and so does my son)! I stamped the crab in Night of Navy ink then used Wink of Stella to blend the ink to color in the crab.

Here are the details to create this card.

Materials & Measurements

• Basic White thick card base:  4 1/4″x 11″, scored at 2″ and 3 3/8″ from each side
• Sahara Sand card stock: cut 2 at 1 3/4″ x 4″ & emboss with Seashells 3D embossing folder
• By the Bay DSP: 4″ x 4″, 2 1/4″ x 6 (for envelope)
• Basic White card stock: scrap to stamp & die cut crab

I am thrilled this stamp set is carrying over to the new catalog! However, the bundle savings (10% off) is not. Unfortunately Sahara Sand cardstock is retiring as well as the By the Bay Designer Series Paper. Grab them while you still can!!! I love the patterns in this DSP!
