All Dressed Up for Back To School with Plaid Tidings

It’s back to school for most this week and while some will be learning virtually our private schools are going in person.  It is certainly challenging times for everyone! I made this fun backpack (which holds a pocket size hand sanitizer or a pen and sticky notes) for some of my teacher friends. How cute is this?!!!!

Here’s the back view.

I was on a roll awhile back making all different purses with these dies and love how you can use the same dies to make backpacks! I added the largest stitched oval die cut and a piece of velcro to close the backpack. Love these with the plaid patterned paper!!! This one actually looks like the school uniform! I even “monogrammed” it with the Playful Alphabet Dies. I might go back and dress it up even more with a flower or something. Any suggestions? I could slip a note in the pocket too!
