I purchased the Bird Ballad Laser-Cut Cards & Tin for my mom’s birthday last month. She loves to give my handmade cards so I stamped some different sentiments and decorated the cards with flowers I fussy cut from the Mosaic Mood Specialty Designer Series Paper. Then I put them back in the tin and wrapped it with ribbon and tied a bow. The pink & gold tin is so gorgeous by itself there’s no need for wrapping paper! Here’s a photo of her birthday card and some of the cards I made for her. (*You get 12 cards and 12 scalloped envelopes included with the tin.) Some of the stamp sets I used (as well as the Large Number Dies) are retired; however, many different sentiments will work. Use what you have!

What a lovely thing to do for your Mom! The cards are well-done and a nice assortment of all-occasion.
What I want under my tree this year, besides a healthy family, is to see my granddaughter and her husband here with us. California is a long way away and they haven’t been able to come home to the Midwest for sometime now.That would be a perfect gift!

I love how you decorated the laser cut cards! What a thoughtful gift. I always take a set of cards to our Girls Night Out Dirty Santa fun and this would be a good idea for that! Since I lost my mom and husband six weeks apart a few weeks ago, this year for Christmas I hope to find a getaway under the tree! Loving your ABC series.
