Welcome back for another Mystery Monday Stampin’! I hope you are ready for a fun creative challenge! This week’s card is super easy with a unique fold. If you haven’t tried mystery stamping before, this would be a good week to join the fun!!!

One of the wonderful things I love about mystery stamping is you use what you have! Are you ready to choose your creative adventure and solve this week’s mystery? Grab your supplies, follow the clues, and see what your finished card looks like at the end — it’s always a fun surprise!

Yesterday I shared your first clue. If you missed that post (with the list of supplies), Click HERE for Clue #1

Now that you have your cardstock, designer series paper, and other supplies, it’s time to create! Simply follow the clues step by step to create a beautiful card. Feel free to add your own twist…there is no right or wrong way to do Mystery Monday Stampin’! Here are the rest of the clues.

*You will be creating a portrait style card.

CLUE #2
Score the 5 1/2 x 7 1/2 cardstock @ 3 1/4 and 6 1/2. Fold and burnish the 3 1/4 score line. Fold the 1″ score line back to crease then fold forward to lay flat.

CLUE #3
Adhere the 3 x 5 1/4 DSP to the card front. Adhere 3/4 x 5 1/4 DSP to the right panel. *You will see the panel piece on both the front and the inside of the card.

CLUE #4
Adhere the 3 x 5 1/4 white cardstock inside the card to the left of the 1″ score line.
*Optional: Adhere a second piece of 3 x 5 1/4 DSP on the inside of the card along the left.

CLUE #5
Create a sentiment/focal layer for the front of the card.
Stamp/die cut/punch sentiment and/or image as desired.

CLUE #6
Adhere the focal layer to the front of the card, making sure to only put adhesive on the right edge and adhere to the 1″ strip. *This acts as the closure for the card and also decorates the inside of the card when the card is open.

CLUE #7
Stamp inside message/image or leave blank for handwritten message.

CLUE #8
Does your card need anything else? Embellishments? Trim/Ribbon? Add that now.

CLUE #9
Decorate your envelope (stamp/emboss/add DSP) to coordinate with your card.
