Welcome back for another Mystery Monday Stampin’! I hope you are ready for a fun creative challenge! This week’s mystery card is a super quick & easy fun fold that has a unique opening! You can use this style card for any occasion!
One of the wonderful things I love about mystery stamping is you use what you have! Are you ready to choose your creative adventure and solve this week’s mystery? Grab your supplies, follow the clues, and see what your finished card looks like at the end — it’s always a fun surprise!
Yesterday I shared your first clue. If you missed that post (with the list of supplies), Click HERE for Clue #1
Now that you have your cardstock, designer series paper, and other supplies, it’s time to create! Simply follow the clues step by step to create a beautiful card. Feel free to add your own twist…there is no right or wrong way to do Mystery Monday Stampin’! Here are the rest of the clues.
*You will be creating a horizontal/landscape card.
CLUE #2
Score the 4 1/4 x 11 cardstock @ 2 3/4 and 8 1/4. Fold and burnish the score lines to create “doors” on the front of the card.
CLUE #3
Adhere the two pieces of DSP to the 1 3/4 x 5 cardstock panels.
CLUE #4
Place the two layered panels on the front of the card. Line them up equally spaced top to bottom and side to side.
CLUE #5
Adhere the top panel to the left side of the “door” on the card front. (*You will only put adhesive on the left side.)
CLUE #6
Adhere the bottom panel to the right side of the “door” on the card front.
(*You will only put adhesive on the right side.)
CLUE #7
Create a greeting/focal piece for the front of the card. Stamp/punch/die cut sentiment and/or image as desired. Adhere to the card, being careful to only attach to the top or bottom panel.
CLUE #8
Stamp inside greeting on the 4 x 5 1/4 white/neutral cardstock. Adhere to the inside of the card.
CLUE #9
Does your card need anything else? Embellishments? Trim/Ribbon? Add that now.
CLUE #10
Decorate your envelope (stamp/emboss/add DSP) to coordinate with your card.
