Welcome back for another Mystery Monday Stampin’! I have another cool fun fold card for you to create this week! One of the wonderful things I love about mystery stamping is you use what you have! Are you ready to choose your creative adventure and solve this week’s mystery? Grab your supplies, follow the clues, and see what your finished card looks like at the end — it’s always a fun surprise!
Yesterday I shared your first clue. If you missed that post (with the list of supplies), Click HERE for Clue #1
Now that you have your cardstock, designer series paper, and other supplies, it’s time to create! Simply follow the clues step by step to create a beautiful card. Feel free to add your own twist…there is no right or wrong way to do Mystery Monday Stampin’! Here are the rest of the clues:
CLUE #2
Score the 11 ” x 4 1/4″ cardstock along the long side @ 2 1/8 and 5 1/2.
CLUE #3
Next you need to do some cutting on the 4 1/4 end of the card nearest the 2 1/8 score line. Mark the center @ 2 1/8 then cut off both corners from that center point to the 2 1/8 score line.
CLUE #4
Fold and burnish the card base. Fold in half at 5 1/2 then fold the point back.
CLUE #5
Adhere the 3 1/8 x 4 piece of DSP to the front of the card.
Adhere the 2 x 4 DSP to the 4 x 5 1/4 white cardstock along the right side. Then adhere the white layer inside the card.
CLUE #6
Adhere the 3 x 3 cardstock to the triangle to create a diamond. *Make sure the triangle is folded back over the DSP layer on the front. Add adhesive just on the top of the triangle then add the diamond. Note-Only the left side of the 3 x 3 diamond cardstock will be adhered.
CLUE #7
Create your focal image on the 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 white cardstock (in diamond shape). Stamp/die cut/punch image, color/embellish/emboss however you want! Adhere layer to diamond on card front.
CLUE #8
Stamp sentiment and/or image inside card.
CLUE #9
Does your card need anything else? Embellishments? A sentiment?
Add that now.
CLUE #10
Decorate your envelope (stamp/emboss/add DSP) to coordinate with your card.
