Mystery Monday Stampin’

Let's create a handmade card together- visit www.juststampin.com for clues and all the details-Jeanie Stark Stampin' Up! Demonstrator

Welcome back for another Mystery Monday Stampin’! I hope you are ready for a fun creative challenge! This week’s mystery card is actually two fun folds rolled into one! It’s a really cool simple fun fold card (with a twist)!

One of the wonderful things I love about mystery stamping is you use what you have! Are you ready to choose your creative adventure and solve this week’s mystery? Grab your supplies, follow the clues, and see what your finished card looks like at the end — it’s always a fun surprise!

Yesterday I shared your first clue. If you missed that post (with the list of supplies), Click HERE for Clue #1

Now that you have your cardstock, designer series paper, and other supplies, it’s time to create! Simply follow the clues step by step to create a beautiful card. Feel free to add your own twist…there is no right or wrong way to do Mystery Monday Stampin’! Here are the rest of the clues:

CLUE #2
Score 11” x 4 1/4 ” cardstock along the long side @ 4 1/4 and 5 1/2 to create the base of the card.

CLUE #3
Place the card base in your paper trimmer so the 4 1/4 inch section is on the right side of the 11″ long card base. Make a score line diagonally from the bottom of the 4 1/4 inch score line to the upper right corner of the card front.

CLUE #4
Add adhesive between the 4 1/4 and 5 1/2 inch score lines and adhere it down on the inside of the card. *This is the book binding section for the first fun fold.

CLUE #5
Adhere 1 x 4 Designer Series Paper to the front of the card on the left side between the score lines.

CLUE #6
Decorate the 4 x 4 cardstock to create a focal piece for the front of your card. Emboss/stamp/die cut/punch/color images, etc. Adhere this piece only to the bottom part of the diagonal section on the card front. *The top part of the cardstock piece will NOT be glued down!

CLUE #7
Adhere the 4 x 4 white/very vanilla cardstock to the inside of the card.

CLUE #8
Stamp a greeting or image and punch or cut out. Adhere to the inside lower right corner on the inside of the card with dimensionals.

CLUE #9
Fold the front of the card on the diagonal score line to create the “easel twist” section of the card. This section will rest against the greeting/image when the card is in the easel position. (It will fold flat for mailing.)

CLUE #10
Does your card need anything else? Embellishments? A sentiment? Add that now.

CLUE #11
Decorate your envelope (stamp/emboss/add DSP) to coordinate with your card.

I can’t wait to see what you create! Take a photo of your card and send as an attachment to my email (j.stark@goeaston.net). Feel free to reach out if you need help or have questions.

Check back tomorrow to see my mystery cards revealed.

Have a great day! Thanks for stopping by!
