Impressions Abloom and Peace on Earth Hidden Gate Fold Cards…Free PDF

Did you play along with my Mystery Monday Stampin’? If you followed the clues you would have created a hidden fun fold card.
Mystery Solved!

The mystery with both of these cards is the hidden gate fold surprise inside. Let’s take a look at each of today’s cards.

This card features products from the Floral Impressions Suite Collection.  I used the Pressed Flowers Embossing Folder to emboss the focal piece on the front, the sentiment layer on the inside, and the envelope. I love how embossing adds texture and interest to a card (and envelope)! Look at the surprise when you open this card.

I love this hidden surprise! And it’s so simple to create! The gate fold design on the inside showcases both sides of the designer series paper and adds a burst of color. The only difficulty making this card was deciding which pattern to use!

My second card features a new suite (Peaceful Garden) which will be available in September. Demonstrators attending the Creativity Now event this weekend were able to order it early.  I couldn’t wait to til the weekend to play with  these new items!

I love the new shape die I used for the sentiment layer. There is another die in the bundle that is a bit smaller that you can use for layering. I love the details on the dove and there’s another one I used on the inside.


I love this designer series paper and embossing folder! Once again, I used the embossing folder on the inside as well as the envelope.

I really like this color combination of Secret Sea, Cloud Cover, and Misty Moonlight!!! Here’s a close up of the Misty Moonlight Silver Edged Ribbon. (I’m afraid my photography does not do it justice! It’s really gorgeous!)

It’s not even July and I’ve created my first Christmas card. It’s never too early to get a head start!
