A Simple Hershey Nugget Treat Box with Countryside Corners Dies for Tic Tac Toe Challenge #269

Happy Thursday! I am honored to be the designer for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge this week. I had so much fun with this board!

I created a simple treat box using 7 of the 9 elements from this board. I have Tic Tac Toe 4 different ways… going down the right side, across the bottom, and both ways on the diagonal.
You can fit 4 Hershey Nuggets inside perfectly!
Here are the details to create this box.

Supplies/Measurements:
Stamp Set Shown: Stampin’ Up! Keeping Tabs
Box (Thick Basic White): 4 x 5 7⁄8 scored all 4 sides @ 5⁄8 . Then score along long side @ 2 5⁄8 and 3 1⁄4
Cardstock (Night of Navy): 2 @ 2 1⁄2 x 4 cut with Countryside Corners Dies (3rd largest die)
DSP (Serene Love): ~ 3 3⁄4 x 2 1⁄4 cut with Countryside Corners Die, fussy cut flower
Basic White: 1⁄2 strip for sentiment
Ribbon: ~ 6 in. folded in half

Directions:

1. Use scissors to cut and notch tabs along score lines as shown.
   
   
2. Fold and burnish score lines using a bone folder.
3. Add adhesive to marked tabs (X) and adhere the corners to assemble the box.
   
   
4. Adhere Countryside Corners Die cuts to top and bottom of box. *Adhere the bottom of the box first centering it on the die cut. Then add adhesive to the top of the box and add top layer. Add DSP layer.
   
   
5. Stamp sentiment on strip and cut flag on end.
6. Fold Ribbon in half and add Mini Glue Dot to hold. Adhere sentiment in
   between ribbon.
7. Fussy cut flower and adhere to top of box with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
   
   

I also created a fun fold birthday card to give with this treat box. (I wanted to challenge myself to use all the elements on this week’s board.)

This fun fold card makes Tic Tac Toe 3 ways: across the top, across the middle, and down the middle.
