I can’t believe it’s already March or as I call it, The Birthday Month! So many of my friends and family members (as well as myself) have birthdays in March! It’s a month of celebrations! For me, it’s a milestone one! I’m just getting back from a wonderful weekend away at Nemacolin with my husband. He surprised me with an early celebration and I am ready to embrace a new decade and give thanks for all the blessings in my life! Let’s celebrate with some blog candy!

I like to celebrate all month! Enjoying my birthday with my husband at Olive Garden. Birthday is beginning of December, so I’m usually thinking of all the cards I have yet to make!
I like to celebrate with my granddaughter who is still young enough to think getting older is cool.

When my husband was living we would celebrate my birthday with a quiet dinner at the Culinary Institute of America. I live only 30 minutes from there.. and it is a special place for dinner ( one of my very favorite places)… several different restaurants to choose from and exceptional food… Now I am usually with my brothers and their families. We have many birthdays in July including mine so we celebrate everyone together.

I’m a March Baby, too. For my birthday I try to go someplace exotic–well, someplace other than home in Vermont. An exception this year, but hopefully the first week in April will see me on a flight to Paris, so I’ll be patient! Happy birthday to you, my friend and many, many more.
I like to be surprised and my husband is really good about planning for my birthday. I also like to be with my two children and one grandson.

The best thing about my birthday is celebrating with my family! We are a small family but a very busy family. My daughter and her husband and their 2 daughters, which of course are my precious granddaughters and our son always celebrate birthdays! In May, we will be adding another member to our family as my oldest granddaughter will be getting married! Since my birthday comes at the beginning of the month my husband says we celebrate all month long! Why not?

Hope you have a Happy Birthday and it was nice to hear that hubby had such a nice celebration for you! Two of my sisters share the same birthday month as I do (October). We all live a couple of hours away from each other so since we are now older as well we usually try to meet some place for dinner to celebrate together.

Birthday Blessings to you Jeanie! Mr. Hubster and I Celebrate Birthdays with the Birthday persons’ favorite meal and then the ‘cake’ for dessert. After all, your family are the only ones that are joyous, you are celebrating another year, with them! I like to share my birthday. I just sent you a share of mine which started out as a boo-boo but who cares? Since mine is Sunday I doubt if we do anything that exciting. We lead a pretty boring life anyway. I do have a carrot cake in a mug packet so I can make my own favorite cake if all else! Man, this is pitiful now that I look at it! If all else we will order a pizza or do something Saturday.
