Paper Pumpkin Video…August 2017

I got my Paper Pumpkin just before I had to leave to bring my daughter back to college. Perfect timing as I love to bring my kit with me when I travel! Everything is included which makes it easy to create “on the go”! Considering my van is packed full of everything my daughter could possibly need for the next year, it’s about all the room that was left!

This month’s kit has 8 full size cards and a great stamp set that works for different occasions.  Check out this video to see the contents and intended projects.

I love to give a set of cards as a gift and really appreciate the beautiful gift box included in this kit. Now I just have to decide who gets this box with their cards.

Stampin’ Up! is offering a great Paper Pumpkin promotion for new subscribers!  Get half off your September Kit when you subscribe between August 11 and September 10 with promo code HALFOFF0917.

Here is the fine print for this offer:

I really enjoy getting together with my Paper Pumpkin subscribers and putting our kits together. Sometimes we make the kits as intended and sometimes we use the contents to make alternative projects.  Here’s a few photos of some alternative projects from our last get together.

  1. Your gathering always looks so much fun when you do your PP kits.

I made mine up for a cyber friend’s niece who is in the hospital. I had a fun time making little changes like making faux stitching on the ovals and making the darker colored cards top folded too. I included the blank ovals for her in case she needed birthday cards and some thinking of you ovals in case she doesn’t want all Thank yous. I took the mailing box and turned it wrong side out to make it to her with a few other little things in there. I hope she likes it!

Have a safe trip back home and a faster one! Alternate route?
