Stampin’ Up! released the retirement list last week and I was so sad to see This Little Piggy stamp set on the list. It has been one of my favorites since it’s release. A friend of mine has been making masks and was so thoughtful to send me some for my family. I wanted to make a special thank you card to let her know how much I really appreciated her gift. This mask idea from Lorri Heiling was perfect!
I really like making window cards! The stamped image does double duty inside and out! I cut a circle from the Scalloped Note Card and stamped the piggy on the inside. I used Stampin’ Blends to color the pig. I fussy cut the face from another pig to add the mask then popped it up on Stampin’ Dimensionals. The mask is just a 3/8 x 5/8 piece of Whisper White cardstock scored 3 times with some twine wrapped around and secured on the back with a dimensional.
This is the perfect card to send to someone during this pandemic to bring a smile to their face! (It certainly brought a smile to mine!) During this “stay at home” time, I’ve been making a lot more cards to send to others! Hope you can too!
