Mystery Stamping clues – Just Stampin'

Welcome back for another Mystery Monday Stampin’! I am so glad you are here! Are you ready to solve the mystery and unleash the crafting possibilities? I hope so! Yesterday I shared your first clue. If you missed that post (with the list of supplies), CLICK HERE FOR CLUE #1.

Now that you have your cardstock, designer series paper, and other supplies, it’s time to create! Simply follow the clues step by step to create a beautiful card. Feel free to add your own twist…there is no right or wrong way to do Mystery Monday Stamping! Here are the rest of the clues:

CLUE #2
Score 5 1/2” x 8 1/2 ” card base @ 2 1/8″ and 4 1/4″. Fold and burnish accordian style with smaller section in front.

CLUE #3
Adhere the designer series paper strip to the front panel.

CLUE #4
Decorate your 3 1/2 x 3 1/2 focal piece: Stamp/emboss/add die cut/color/embellish however you want!

CLUE #5
Add sentiment layer to focal piece with white scrap (if needed).

CLUE #6
Adhere focal piece to 3 3/4 x 3 3/4 cardstock layer.

CLUE #7
Attach Stampin’ Dimensionals (or Foam Adhesive Strip) just along the top of the layered focal piece. Adhere to the card base ~1/4″ from the top making sure it is centered on each side.

CLUE #8
The bottom of the card tucks under the front panel. You pull from the bottom to open the card. Add sentiment inside either in the middle section or under the accordian/tent section.

CLUE #9
If your card needs anything else add that now.
Decorate your envelope (stamp/emboss/add DSP) to coordinate with your card.

Welcome to Mystery Monday Stampin’! I am so glad you are here! Are you ready to solve the mystery and unleash the crafting possibilities? I hope so! Yesterday I shared your first clue. If you missed that post (with the list of supplies), CLICK HERE for CLUE #1.

CLUE #2
Score 4 1/4 ” x 11” colored cardstock @ 1 7/8″ and 7 3/8″. Fold and burnish score lines to create “doors” on the front. Your card will be horizontal/landscape.

CLUE #3
Adhere the 1 5/8″ x 4″ designer series paper strips to the front of the card. The right “door” gets one strip of DSP and the left gets two pieces (spaced evenly).

CLUE #4
Stamp sentiment on Basic White scrap then die cut or punch out.

CLUE #5
Adhere sentiment to the front of the card on the right side only (allowing the sentiment to overlap the opening on the front).

CLUE #6
Position the die cut image/shape to slightly overlap the sentiment. Adhere with Stampin’ Dimensionals so sentiment can “latch” under. Embellish with adhesive dots or gems if desired.

CLUE #7
Adhere the 5 1/4 ” x 4″ Basic White cardstock on the inside of the card and stamp greeting.

CLUE #8
Adhere 2 x 6 DSP strip to the envelope flap leaving a 1/4″ border along the top. Trim end to fit.
