These Double Dutch Door cards were not only so much fun to create, they are super easy!! They can be decorated in lots of different ways and you can even use up some of those scraps of patterned paper on the smaller sections!

My first card features the Bloom Boutique Designer Series Paper with the Balloon Festoon Bundle and Scalloped Blooms Dies.

I added another pattern of DSP on the. inside flaps and along the bottom. It’s so quick & easy to make a coordinating envelope with a 2 1/4 x 5 5/8 strip of DSP on flap.

This card would make a sweet baby card too!

I fussy cut the flowers from the bonus cut-apart sheet of DSP. Then I adhered it to a piece of Night of Navy cardstock and cut around it again for a border to make it pop! I kept this card simple and did not add a sentiment on the front or inside (yet) as I will be able to use it for any occasion.

I love how these cards stand up for display.

Today’s card is a sneak peek of some new designer series paper coming out May 5th.

I created this card for a friend’s birthday today! I usually struggle with masculine cards; however, this DSP and fun fold design made it so simple!!! I used one of the “cut-apart” images on the bottom “step” of my card. Here’s a look at the side view of this card.

My friend, John, loves to go fishing and he has a dock just like this leading out to his boat. *The punched out image is from the retired Storybook Moments Specialty Designer Series Paper. We get together a couple of times a week to play Mahjong. I chose a sentiment from the retired Game On! Stamp Set for the inside. It was perfect for him!!!

Even this plaid DSP was perfect as these are the colors of his home office! I love it when everything comes together for a special personalized card! (This is why I love handmade cards!!!)

I only created one card this week because I have made this fun fold before. You can click on the images below to view the original post for each of the cards. You can use the same DSP pattern on this style card or choose two different patterns. It’s a great way to use left over pieces! The cards below have a slight variation in the measurement for the “step” in front. You can make them shorter or taller. There are endless possibilities! *There’s no right or wrong way to do Mystery Stampin’!!!

I would love to have you join me for this week’s Mystery Monday Stampin’! It’s really fun and easy. I give you step by step clues to create a fun fold card. The best part is you USE WHAT YOU HAVE to create a handmade card! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned stamper, this is a creative way to kick off your week with stamping fun. You do not need a specific stamp set or paper. You already have what you love, so use it! You will find the first clue (the supplies and measurements) for this week’s challenge below.

CLUE #1 -Gather your supplies to be ready to play Mystery Monday Stampin’

Cardstock #1 – 4 1/4 x 11
Cardstock #2 – 4 x 10 1/4
Basic White/Neutral Cardstock- 4 x 5 1/4, extra to stamp/die cut sentiment and/or image for focal piece
Designer Series Paper #1– 3 3/4 x 5 (H)
Designer Series Paper #2– 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 (H)
Envelope
Stamps
Ink
Adhesive
Ribbon/Embellishments of choice (optional)
Tools – Trimmer/Score Board, Bone Folder
*Optional – coloring tools, embossing folder, die cut/punch, Cut & Emboss Machine
