Corner Flip Pop Up Cards with Cutest Crew and Painted Illusions

This is such a versatile fun fold card idea! I was inspired by Lisa Curcio. You can make these cards horizontal or vertical! FYI…They are addicting!!!  I created 3 cards to share with you today and each one opens a little different. Let’s take a closer look at each of today’s cards.

This card features the little birds and is a great all occasion card. I used the Forever Florals Dies to cut the label for my focal point. I used a blending brush to add some granny apple green “grass” along the bottom. The birds are colored with Stampin’ Blends to coordinate with the DSP. I highlighted HELLO to bring a little more color to tie it all together.

Here’s a look at the inside when you open the card.

I used the Textured Notes Dies to cut the sentiment layer for the inside as it was the perfect size! These dies are on the LAST CHANCE product list and are a “must have” in my opinion (Reg. $31. SALE $24.80 AWSL).

My second card shows the versatility of this fun fold design and stamp set.

I created this card for my daughter. She recently lost her sweet kitty that she rescued 16 years ago. It has been her faithful friend and companion (especially during Covid when she moved to a new state for graduate school and everything was remote). Storm, aptly named after being rescued from a storm drain, lived on her lap while she did homework and often “helped” type. LOL
Here are a few photos of her beloved cat.

The sentiment on the front of her card is from a retired set, Quiet Reflections. I used a different label die from the Forever Florals Dies on this card. The cat is one of the dies from Cutest Crew. I love that you can choose to stamp the  pets or just cut images with the dies.

Here’s a look at the inside of her card. *This card opens from the opposite side of my first card. (There’s no mistakes in stamping!!)

I used the Textured Notes dies again as well as another one of the cat dies from Cutest Crew.

I love this sentiment from Quiet Reflections (retired). So true!!!

My third card for today is a horizontal card. Same fold just turned sideways.

This card features the adorable dogs and pawprints from Cutest Crew. The sentiment is from the stamp set, With You In Mind. It is cut with a stitched square from the Stylish Shapes Dies.
I had so much fun coloring these pups with my Stampin’ Blends! When you open the card you see the rest of the crew.

I wanted more space on the inside for a handwritten message so I went “rogue” and added a larger piece of cardstock instead of the measurements in the mystery stamping clues. I love the versatility of this fun fold!!!

I coordinated my envelopes for all 3 cards.
