Corner Flip Cards with Love Notes Mix & Match Designer Series Paper

This is such a cool fun fold card! With just 2 simple cuts, you’ll create an easy corner flip card. I am still creating cards to send for Valentine’s Day. Today’s cards showcase the Love Notes 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper.

Looking for the perfect paper for Valentine’s Day cards and tags? Love Notes 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper is a mix of full-sheet patterns and cut-apart designs, making it easy to create beautiful cards in no time. Simply trim and adhere to a card front or cut and layer for sweet accents.

These cards came together so quick using this DSP! Here’s a closer look at each.

Clue #1 listed DSP as optional but, if you know me, I hardly ever create a card that doesn’t feature some DSP. LOL I admit, I love DSP! However, that’s not to say I love All DSP. This pack was not on my radar at first. However, seeing it in person changed that. One of the things I love is there is always two sides and this paper is pretty unique. One side has a sentiment on the sheets with the 3″ squares and the other side has just the image so you can add your own. I use this saying so I went with it for this card! I just added some twine and dots and slipped 1/2 of the new Lovely Doilies under the flipped corner.

I added a coordinating piece of DSP on the inside then cut my sentiment layer using the Textured Notes Dies.

I added a die cut heart from the Endless Love Dies in the corner square.
I used this same die set on my second card for today.

For this card I used the side of the DSP without the sentiment. I dressed up the little heart with some twine and one of the die cut arrows. Simple & Sweet!

For this card I added a piece of 4 x 5 1/4 DSP to the front of the card BEFORE I did the 2 simple cuts for the corner flip. What’s so cool about this is then you see the DSP on the inside.

I used the rest of the DSP from this 6×6 piece to decorate the envelope flap. You can view the complete list of products used to create today’s cards below.
