Welcome to Day 8 of my 12 Days of Christmas! I am so excited to bring you 12 days of fun Christmas projects that will hopefully inspire you! Today I am sharing another fun fold card. This one is a shadowbox card featuring the Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper.
Fun fold cards are a lot easier to create than they look. I love the depth with a shadowbox card! The birds are cut from the Nests of Winter DSP. I used the retired dies to cut them but you could fussy cut. The Linen Thread bow adds some natural texture.
I chose a sentiment from Ornamental Christmas for the front. So many sentiments would work with this card! You could easily stamp directly on the front before adhering the card.
(That “may” have been my original intention. Did you know a simple strip hides inky mistakes?! LOL)
