It’s High Tide

I have been on Spring Break for the past 11 days and it has been glorious!  After spending Easter in Massachusetts with family, I picked up my friend in Virginia and we drove to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for a beach retreat vacation.

What’s your “Happy Place”?

The sandpipers on the beach reminded me of this swap card created using the High Tide Stamp Set.

Here’s a couple more swaps cards I received using this stamp set.

I am happy this stamp set will be in the new annual catalog.  I love the beach and lighthouses and the sentiments in this set are different.

High Tide Stamp Set

Look what came on vacation with me! Beach + Paper Pumpkin = Double the Happy!

Here’s a photo of my friend, Laura.  We taught together for many years in Virginia. We live 4 hours apart now so it’s always a treat when we can get together.

I hope you have a wonderful day!

    1. We were so busy enjoying the beach and the weather was so gorgeous I didn’t even get to do it! I brought it thinking it might rain one day but it didn’t. Now I have something fun to look forward to doing this week!

  2. Ah, love the beach….so calming and relaxing. Those swaps are beautiful and you both look like you are “in the zone.” Have fun and enjoy! 😎

    1. Oh Cheryl, I envy you being so close to the beach! I grew up in Massachusetts and spent every summer on Cape Cod. This was my first trip to Myrtle Beach and I will definitely go back! Perhaps next time we can arrange to meet! Where are you headed up North?
