These Double Dutch Door cards were not only so much fun to create, they are super easy!! They can be decorated in lots of different ways and you can even use up some of those scraps of patterned paper on the smaller sections!

My first card features the Bloom Boutique Designer Series Paper with the Balloon Festoon Bundle and Scalloped Blooms Dies.

I added another pattern of DSP on the. inside flaps and along the bottom. It’s so quick & easy to make a coordinating envelope with a 2 1/4 x 5 5/8 strip of DSP on flap.

I fussy cut the flowers from the bonus cut-apart sheet of DSP. Then I adhered it to a piece of Night of Navy cardstock and cut around it again for a border to make it pop! I kept this card simple and did not add a sentiment on the front or inside (yet) as I will be able to use it for any occasion.

I love how these cards stand up for display.

I would love to have you join me for this week’s Mystery Monday Stampin’! It’s really fun and easy. I give you step by step clues to create a fun fold card. The best part is you USE WHAT YOU HAVE to create a handmade card! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned stamper, this is a creative way to kick off your week with stamping fun. You do not need a specific stamp set or paper. You already have what you love, so use it! You will find the first clue (the supplies and measurements) for this week’s challenge below.

CLUE #1 -Gather your supplies to be ready to play Mystery Monday Stampin’

Cardstock – 4 1/4 x 5 1/2, 2 1/2 x 2 1/2, 2 1/2 x 3 3/4
Designer Series Paper (*both sides should coordinate)- 6 3/4 x 8 (H), 2 1/4 x 2 1/4
Basic White Cardstock- 2 1/4 x 3 1/2, plus any shape to stamp/decorate label for focal point
Envelope
Stamps
Ink
Adhesive
Embellishments/Ribbon of choice (optional)
Tools – Trimmer/Score Board, Bone Folder
*Optional – coloring tools, die cut/punch, embossing folder, Cut & Emboss Machine

This catalog is filled with so many ideas to help spark your creativity! If you need a card and you don’t know what to make, it’s easy to just pick something you like and CASE it. I used the Lovely Arrangements Stamp Set and Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper to create a simple thank you card. I embossed the background using the NEW All In A Row Embossing Folder. I love the added texture you get with embossing!

Another way to spark your creativity is with card templates (AKA sketches).
Card templates are simple, easy-to-follow layouts for when you need card design ideas. They’re layout guides—not step-by-step instructions—so there are no measurements or required products. Use the layouts as a starting point, then let your creativity flow and make each design your own.
