It’s Tic Tac Toe Thursday! I love these challenges! I didn’t have a lot of time to create this week so I picked 3 elements from this week’s board and went with one of my “go to” designs. This card came together in 5 minutes!
Here’s this week’s challenge board.
I chose the diagonal: Embossing, Die Cut, Butterfly.
I used products from the new Countryside Inn Suite Collection for my card. This suite has multiple floral patterns in the Designer Series Paper, the embossing folder, and the stamp set. All of the products are beautifully coordinated, allowing you to mix and match and create an array of beautiful florals. I love all the different shades of blue in the charming Countryside Inn Designer Series Paper.
The Countryside Corners Bundle is so versatile! You can use the stamp set and dies to create card front layers, peek-through shapes, frames, and more! The shape of these dies is essential for any crafting session; they work beautifully for any style or occasion. They can easily be used with other products, and they pair great with sentiments and greetings. These dies easily add depth and texture to your cards to really make them pop! I used the dies to layer the DSP and coordinating cardstock on the front of my card. For the inside I stamped and cut out a border for the sentiment from the Pansy Patch stamp set.
The Countryside Blossoms Embossing Folder is the perfect way to add floral textures to your projects! You can use it on the base of your card or on other elements to add layers and texture.
I embossed the strip across the center of my card.
The sentiment is from Layering Leaves stamped in Night of Navy and popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals. The punched butterfly from a scrap of DSP completes my Tic Tac Toe!
I love to decorate my envelopes to coordinate. I cut a strip of DSP 2 1/4 x 5 3/4 and adhered to the envelope flap. Then I used my Paper Trimmer to notch the ends to mimic the dies. It added that little finishing touch!
