The very first fun fold card I ever made was an easel card. (It was my first “handmade” Christmas card with our family photo on the easel part.) I love creating fun fold cards and this easel card is quite unique! Sue Campfield called it the Triple Display Easel Card because it gives you three beautiful views to enjoy: the front when it’s closed, the middle section when it’s first opened, and finally the easel display when it’s standing up. Let’s take a closer look.

This card features the Florals in Bloom Designer Series Paper with the coordinating Pretty Florals Dies. The Pressed Flowers Embossing Folder adds a nice textured background on the front and inside the card.

The birthday wishes on the top of my card is from the Simply Said stamp set. I like to fussy cut, especially cutting around words so they fit exactly where I want.

I added a strip of DSP on the back of my card along with a sentiment from Birthday Blooms (retired). I love the mixed fonts!! This fun fold card looks so pretty from every angle!

My second card features the Nutcracker Tags Kit, Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder, and Christmas Tags & More Specialty Designer Series Paper.

I would love to have you join me for this week’s Mystery Monday Stampin’! It’s really fun and easy. The best part is you USE WHAT YOU HAVE to create a handmade card! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned stamper, this is a creative way to kick off your week with stamping fun. You do not need a specific stamp set or paper. You already have what you love, so use it! You will find the first clue (the supplies and measurements) for this week’s challenge below.

I am really excited about this week’s mystery card! What’s really cool is you decide if you want your card to be portrait or landscape this week! Sound mysterious??? Get ready to solve the mystery.

CLUE #1 -Gather your supplies to be ready to play Mystery Monday Stampin’

Cardstock– 4 1/4 x 11
Cardstock (coordinating color)- *optional for layering
Designer Series Paper– 4 x 3 1/4
Designer Series Paper (same or coordinating pattern)–1 3/4 x 4, 1 x 4
Basic White – 4 x 5 1/4, extra for die cutting & stamping
Envelope
Ink
Stamps
Adhesive
Embellishments- ribbon, adhesive dots or gems/sequins (*optional)
Tools – Trimmer/Score Board, Bone Folder, scissors if needed to fussy cut
*Optional – coloring tools, die cut /punch, Cut & Emboss Machine

CLUE #1 -Gather your supplies to be ready to play Mystery Monday Stampin’

Cardstock– 11 x 4 1/4
Designer Series Paper- 4 1/4 x 4 1/4, plus extra for decorating envelope
Designer Series Paper (portrait pieces) -4 @ 2 1/2 (wide) x 4 (tall)
Designer Series Paper (portrait pieces) -4 @ 1 1/2 (wide) x 4 (tall)
*DSP pieces should coordinate-Choose 2 or more patterns.
Basic White or Very Vanilla – scraps for sentiments/stamping
*Can choose to replace 1 of the 2 1/2 x 4 DSP pieces (above) with white if desire.
Coordinating Cardstock- scraps for die cutting/punching
Envelope
Ink
Stamps
Adhesive
Embellishments- ribbon, adhesive dots or gems/sequins (*optional)
