I am having so much fun sharing different fun fold card designs with you each week. I would love to have you join me for this week’s Mystery Monday Stampin’! It’s really fun and easy. What’s great is you use what you have and follow the clues to create! You will find the first clue (the supplies and measurements) for this week’s challenge below.

I am so excited about this week’s mystery challenge! It is a really fun card (really really fun card!!) and I’ve added a cool twist I bet you haven’t seen before!!! Sound mysterious??? Get ready to solve the mystery!

CLUE #1 -Gather your supplies to be ready to play Mystery Monday Stampin’

Cardstock– 11 x 4 1/4
Designer Series Paper- 4 1/4 x 4 1/4, plus extra for decorating envelope
Designer Series Paper (portrait pieces) -4 @ 2 1/2 (wide) x 4 (tall)
Designer Series Paper (portrait pieces) -4 @ 1 1/2 (wide) x 4 (tall)
*DSP pieces should coordinate-Choose 2 or more patterns.
Basic White or Very Vanilla – scraps for sentiments/stamping
*Can choose to replace 1 of the 2 1/2 x 4 DSP pieces (above) with white if desire.
Coordinating Cardstock- scraps for die cutting/punching
Envelope
Ink
Stamps
Adhesive
Embellishments- ribbon, adhesive dots or gems/sequins (*optional)
Tools – Trimmer/Score Board, Bone Folder, scissors if needed to fussy cut
*Optional – die cut /punch, Cut & Emboss Machine (if die cutting)

I made several different fun fold cards this week and had a hard time deciding which one to choose for this week’s mystery card. I decided to go with the one that was “new” to me. And then I added my own twist. Sound mysterious??? Get ready to solve the mystery.

CLUE #1 -Gather your supplies to be ready to play Mystery Monday Stampin’

Cardstock– 5 1/2 x 6 1/4, 2 @ 7/8 x 5 1/4
Designer Series Paper- Cut 2 portrait pieces (*You will see both sides):
3 3/4 (wide) x 5 1/4 (tall), plus extra for decorating envelope if desired
Basic White or Very Vanilla – 4 x 5 1/4, plus extra for stamping
Envelope
Ink
Stamps
Adhesive
Embellishments- ribbon, adhesive dots or gems/sequins (*optional)

Pop-Out Fun Fold for Mystery Stampin’ with Pretty Florals & Marbled Elegance…Free PDF

This is a simple fun fold to create. I’d like to give a shout out to LeeAnn Greff who inspired me to create this fun fold for Mystery Stampin’. You’ll find the PDF at the end of this post but first I thought I’d share the basic measurements I got from LeeAnn.

Measurements:

Card Base– 4 1/4” x 11 ” scored @ 2 3/4, 5 1/2, & 8 1/4
Cardstock for brace –7 1/2 x 1 scored @ 1, 3, & 4 1/2
Designer Series Paper- 4 pieces @ 2 1/2 x 4
Basic White – 2 pieces @ 2 1/2 x 4 (for back)
Scraps for die cuts for focal piece (on brace)

This card features the beautiful Florals in Bloom Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up and coordinating Pretty Florals Stamp Set. I love how this card pops forward and appears to be floating.
This card can be displayed full view or with the ends tucked back.

You can make your cards bloom with the Pretty Florals Stamp Set. This set has different floral and foliage designs that you can combine for a single flower or for a full garden.

I love two-step stamping! It makes creating these pretty flowers so easy! I stamped the flower details in Pumpkin Pie ink then filled in with Peach Pie. I used the Spotlight on Nature Dies to layer the flower image. I stamped my envelope to coordinate.

For my second card I die cut a heart for my focal piece.

I used the Hearts of Elegance Dies and the Marbled Elegance Specialty Designer Series Paper. The Hearts of Elegance Stamp Set and Dies are on the last Chance Product List and are on sale for 20% OFF! Hearts can be used all year long for many different cards! This is a great set to add to your collection!

I love the gold foil in the DSP. I decided to highlight the gold by adding a gold banner, gold thread, heart embellishment, and heat embossed the sentiment in gold.

I created this card for a wedding but you could also use it for Valentine’ Day, new baby, anniversary, or just to let someone know you’re thinking of them.

I adhered a gift card on back using a few mini glue dots. You could easily add a pocket if you prefer.

I decided to get fancy with the Fancy Border Dies for my envelope! I added a peek-through effect with the heart pattern and a 3/4″ strip of DSP.

I didn’t stop there! I had so much fun creating a 3D project to go with my card last week that I decided to do it again. This week I created a slider box to coordinate with this card.
