The Online Exclusive Simply Zinnia Suite has been so popular! The stamp set and dies were out of stock but I am happy to report that the bundle is available now! I absolutely love the sentiments and flowers in this set.  They are great for everyday cards or special occasions.

Today’s card showcases the beautiful bouquet of flowers colored with Stampin’ Blends and cut out with the coordinating dies.

I love to color with Stampin’ Blends! It’s very relaxing and the blends do all the work to make me look like an artist. Here are the details to create this card:

Measurements:

Card Base (Highland Heather) : 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scroed at 4 1/4 Embossed with Simply Zinnia 3D      Embossing folder
Cardstock Layer (Gorgeous Grape): 3 1/4  x 4 1/4
Basic White: 3 x 4 embossed with Crosshatch embossing folder, 4 x 5 1/4 to stamp and cut flowers, 5/8 x 2 1/2  (to stamp sentiment)

Directions:

1. Fold and burnish card base before embossing front with Simply Zinnia 3D Embossing Folder.
2. Adhere white embossed layer to cardstock layer and adhere to card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
3. Stamp flowers in Memento Black then color with Stampin’ Blends: Lemon Lime Twist, Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo, Highland Heather, Daffodil Delight.
4. Die cut flowers and adhere to card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
5. Stamp sentiment with Gorgeous Grape and punch end with Banners Pick A Punch. Adhere to card with Stampin’Dimensionals.
6. Embellish with Brass Butterflies.
7. Emboss envelope flap to coordinate.

Thanksgiving Gratitude

Happy Thanksgiving! This Thanksgiving may look different than years past, and this may be a really difficult time for many, but know that you are not alone. You make a big difference to me and I am grateful! And when you share your cards know that you are making a big difference to others too!Thanksgiving 2020
I am thankful my daughter was able to make it home from college for Thanksgiving. We miss having our son home and being together with the rest of our family but there is always something to be thankful for. Even though there was just the three of us this year I still kept with our family traditions and made Thanksgiving favors and had a little dinner game conversation fun! I sent one to my son and we facetimed to include him in our festivities. I used some leftover Paper Pumpkin kits and the Beautiful Autumn stamp set to quickly put these together.

My kids groan when I pull out our conversation starter game but I know they enjoy it and we always learn a little something new each year. I used the Arrange A Wreath stamp set for the sentiment and punched the ends with the Banners Pick A Punch. I used the Sprig Punch with some vellum and the retired leaf punch to add some embellishment.

This couldn’t be any easier to put together. Tie a ribbon around a mason jar, fill with conversation starters and decorate the front (for any occasion).  You could do this for any get together with family or friends.  We sometimes share at Christmas or New Year’s….just whenever we can be together.
