Stampin' Up! Petal Park Friendship card- Jeanie Stark StampinUp
It’s Tic Tac Toe Thursday! Time to pick 3 in a row and play along!  Here’s this week’s challenge board.

I made this Valentine card for a friend who loves blue! I went right across the middle for my 3 in a row: Layers, Friendship, Circle.
This card is all about the layers! I was inspired by a card design from Julie Gilson.

  1. Love the blue colors. I need to check out my shares of the Regency Paper and maybe CASE this for Mike. I made my 50th Valentine for a nursing home today. I need to stamp the inside and sign my name and get them in the mail. Took longer that I thought they would.
