This catalog is filled with so many ideas to help spark your creativity! If you need a card and you don’t know what to make, it’s easy to just pick something you like and CASE it. CASE simply means to Copy And Share Everything or Copy And Selectively Edit. We CASEd the Catty as a fun team challenge last week. I chose a card design I liked on page 19. Stampin' Up! See how it looks so different with just a few changes?!
I used the Lovely Arrangements Stamp Set and Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper to create a simple thank you card. I embossed the background using the NEW All In A Row Embossing Folder. I love the added texture you get with embossing!

Another way to spark your creativity is with card templates (AKA sketches).
Card templates are simple, easy-to-follow layouts for when you need card design ideas. They’re layout guides—not step-by-step instructions—so there are no measurements or required products. Use the layouts as a starting point, then let your creativity flow and make each design your own.

You can also get your creative juices flowing by playing along with my Mystery Monday Stampin’! Each week I post a supply list and measurements on Sunday. Then on Monday I list the “clues”. When you follow my step by step clues you will end up with a fun fold card layout you can use over and over. The best part is you use what you have and everyone’s card is different. You already have what you love, so use it! You will find the first clue (the supplies and measurements) for this week’s challenge below.

CLUE #1 -Gather your supplies to be ready to play Mystery Monday Stampin’

Cardstock- 4 1/4 x 10
Coordinating Cardstock- 4 3/16 x 5 1/2, 4 x 4
Designer Series Paper (*coordinating patterns)- 1 1/8 x 4(H), 1 1/4 x 4 (L),
3 3/4 x 3 3/4 (or Basic White), extra for envelope (optional)
Basic White – 2 1/2 x 4
Pieces for layered embellishment
Envelope
Ink
Stamps
Adhesive
Embellishments- ribbon, adhesive dots or gems/sequins (*optional)
Tools – Trimmer/Score Board, Bone Folder
*Optional – coloring tools, embossing folder, die cut/punch, Cut & Emboss Machine
