It’s Thursday and you know what that means…It’s time for another Tic Tac Toe Challenge! I chose to make a slimline card this week using the Love Cats Stamp Set.
Here’s this week’s Tic Tac Toe Challenge board that provided the inspiration.
I chose to go down the left side with slimline. three, cute.
Did you notice my elements of 3? (3 hearts and 3 different pieces/patterns of DSP)
The Love Cats stamp set has three “paw-sitively” irresistible felines that are “purr-fect” for the cute element on my card! Take a look at this set which is retiring soon.
I used another cat image on the inside of my card. (I could/should add the third cat at the bottom.)
Everything I used to create today’s card is retiring except the Basic White and Smoky Slate cardstock. The Love Cats stamp set, Blushing Bride cardstock & ink, Subtles 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper Assortment, White Crinkled Ribbon, Layering Circles Dies, and Slimline Envelopes are retiring.

Materials & Measurements
- Card Base (Blushing Bride): 7 x 8 1/2 score at 3 1/2
- Cardstock Layer (Smoky Slate): Cut 2 @ 3 1/4 x 8 1/4 (Use 1 on inside)
- DSP (Subtles 6 x 6 Assortment): 1 1/2 x 5 (cut 2), 3 1/8 x 3
- Basic White card stock: 3 1/2 square to stamp image and sentiment then cut with Layering Circles Dies, 3 x 8 (for inside card)
- Blushing Bride Cardstock: 3 1/2 square die cut with Layering Circle Dies (*retiring)

I have a sand collection from all the different beaches I’ve visited. (Oh the stories I could tell about some of this sand! FYI…trying to go through customs with sand in a plastic bag is not always easy! LOL) I love the different colors and textures. It’s amazing how different the sand is from beach to beach. I have sand from as far north as Prince Edward Island and as far south as Cancun, Mexico. I also have sand from as far west as Hawaii and as far east as Normandy, France. I spend a lot of time on the east coast and have collected sand from Maine to Florida. My favorite is the pink sand from Bermuda! This is such a fun collection and brings a smile to my face. It’s inexpensive and easy to document my travels with some Avery labels on jars. I wonder where my next sand will be from???? Help me decide! Leave a comment below suggesting a great beach getaway!
