Welcome to my 12 Days of Christmas-Day 7!  I am so excited to bring you 12 days of fun Christmas projects that will hopefully inspire you to create! Today I am sharing a quick & easy gift card holder. I love the Scalloped Gift Card Boxes from Stampin’ Up!

Create your own customized packaging using these Scalloped Gift Card Boxes. The white exterior is meant to be stamped, colored, and decked out in any way you want! The scalloped box edge adds a lovely touch, but it can also be tucked in and hidden if needed. The box includes a removeable insert. Use it to hold gift cards, or remove it to make room for treats and small gifts. They are quick and easy to assemble with no adhesives required. I chose to decorate this box with the gorgeous Season of Green & Gold Specialty Designer Series Paper. This could easily be given for birthday, wedding, anniversary, Valentine’s Day or Christmas! So versatile!
If you ordered my 12 Days of Christmas Kit to Go you received everything you need to craft along with me. Here’s a look at what was included in the kit for today’s project.

To Create this Project

• Scalloped Gift Card Box
• DSP (Season of Green & Gold): 2 @ 4 x 7/8, 2 @ 2 3⁄4 x 7/8, 3⁄4 x 12 (bellyband), 2 3⁄4 x 4 (top), die cut greenery with Golden Greenery Die
• Basic White : punch with Modern Oval Punch
• Gold Trim (from Combo pack)

Directions:
1. Fold & burnish box along score lines.
2. Fold the 4 tabs in and secure by folding down side flaps. No adhesive   necessary. Flaps fit secure in notch on bottom.

3. Fold over front flap and secure in notch.
4. Adhere DSP to sides and top of box.
5. Wrap DSP strip around sides of box and secure on top. *Make sure it can slide on and on easily.
6. Stamp sentiment on Punched Oval with Mossy  Meadow Ink. Adhere to belly band with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
7. Adhere Die Cut greenery to side of sentiment with Mini Glue Dots.
8. Tie a bow with Gold Trim and adhere with Mini Glue Dot.
9. Insert gift card in holder and place inside box.

*Option: The box can fit 8 Hershey nuggets easily under the gift card.
*This Scalloped Gift Card Box coordinates with card from Day 6. Gift together or separate.
