Welcome back for another Mystery Monday Stampin’! I have been so inspired by everyone’s creations!!! I am really enjoying this weekly challenge and hope you are too!

Are you ready to solve this week’s mystery and unleash the crafting possibilities? One of the wonderful things about mystery stamping is you use what you have! Grab your supplies, follow the clues, and see what your finished card looks like at the end — it’s always a surprise!

Yesterday I shared your first clue. If you missed that post (with the list of supplies), Click HERE for Clue #1.

Now that you have your cardstock, designer series paper, and other supplies, it’s time to create! Simply follow the clues step by step to create a beautiful card. Feel free to add your own twist…there is no right or wrong way to do Mystery Monday Stampin’! Here are the rest of the clues:

CLUE #2
Score 4 1/4” x 11 ” cardstock @ 5 1/2″ for a portrait style card.

CLUE #3
Cut Designer Series Paper to 8 x 5 1/4. Score along the 8″ side @ 2″ and 6″. Fold both ends in for a gate-fold. Adhere folded paper to the inside of your card (for an unexpected hidden surprise).

CLUE #4
Stamp/die cut/etc. 3 3/4 x 5 Basic White cardstock as desired and adhere inside gatefold.

CLUE #5
Adhere the 4 x 5 1/4 DSP (leftover from 12 x 5 1/4 piece) to front of card.

CLUE #6
From coordinating color cardstock, die cut/punch/cut a focal piece for the front of your card. Stamp and embellish as desired.

CLUE #7
Adhere focal piece to the front of the card with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

CLUE #8
Does your card need anything else? Embellishments? A sentiment?
Add that now.

CLUE #9
Decorate your envelope (stamp/emboss/add DSP) to coordinate with your card.

I love to read and often give books as gifts. This is the perfect card for just about anyone! It’s a great card for when you want to give a little something to a coworker or friend. The bookmark could be used in a novel, catalog, recipe book, magazine, journal, or Bible.

I used the beautiful Mixed Florals Bundle on this bookmark card.

Are you ready to play along with this week’s Mystery Monday Stampin’?
It’s really fun and easy! You’ll use the supplies you already have in your craft stash! On Sunday (today), I will give you the first clue which is the list of supplies you’ll need. Then on Monday I will post the clues on my blog. You follow the clues to make a card. It’s as simple as that! There is no right or wrong way to do Mystery Monday Stampin’! On Tuesday, I’ll post the mystery card(s) I created along with the PDF tutorial. Sunday is the mystery card showcase where I post the cards people sent via email. Make sure you subscribe to my blog so you don’t miss out!

This week’s card is a different fold. Sound mysterious???
Get ready to solve the mystery.

CLUE #1 -Gather your supplies to be ready to play Mystery Monday Stampin’

Cardstock– 5 1/2 ” x 11” for card base
Designer Series Paper- 4 x 5 1/4, plus extra if decorating envelope
Cardstock (Coordinating color)- 2 1/8 x 5
Basic White – 1 7/8 x 4 3/4, 4 x 5 1/4, scrap for sentiment, and extra for stamping/punching/die cutting if desired
Ink
Stamps
Hole punch (or stapler)
Ribbon
Adhesive – Multipurpose Liquid Glue, Mini Glue Dots, and other if desired
Envelope
Tools – Trimmer/Score Board, Bone Folder, scissors
*Optional – Cut & Emboss machine, die cut/punch, embossing folder, etc. to decorate
