It’s time for another Tic Tac Toe Challenge!
Here’s this week’s inspiration board.

I chose to go on the diagonal with embossing, Free, and Pink.

This week’s Tic Tac Toe Challenge inspired me to try a new technique. I used the Eyelet Blooms Die to emboss my background. Here is the secret to this technique—Stampin’ Up!’s New Impression Plate.

Use the Impressions Plate with Impressions Dies for best cutting and embossing results. Adding this plate to your sandwich results in precise die-cut images and detailed embossing. *Directions for both embossing and die cutting are included with the Impressions Plate.

Adding the Impressions Plate to your “sandwich” before running it through your Die Cutting/Embossing Machine will take it from cutting through your paper to simply embossing it. Super simple, right? Here’s the order you’ll want to make your sandwich:

Base Plate #1 on the bottom
Clear Plate #2
Die *Tip: Place the die with the cutting edge up
Cardstock (on top of die)
Impressions Plate
Plate #4 (Gray – used for 3D embossing) on top

It is so cool how it looks like it is quilted!

Today’s card is another one of my “go to” designs from my Just Stampin’ Sketchbook. You can create it with any embossing folder, patterned paper, circle punch (or die), stamped sentiment, and ribbon. I used the 2 3/8 Circle Punch with the Bloom Boutique Specialty Designer Series Paper and the Barely Blush cardstock & ribbon (one of the NEW 2026-20228 In Colors). Stampin' Up! The Notes of Spring Stamp Set ($5 Product of the Month from March) & Bloom Boutique Specialty Designer Series Paper (Available May 5th) was on my desk from a recent card I created for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge. You can see that card HERE. I couldn’t resist making another card with this pretty paper and stamp set. Here’s a closer look at each of today’s cards.

This card features the deer from the Notes of Spring Stamp Set. I love how he looks against the Peaceful Pine In Color. I used my Stampin’ Blends and the NEW White Gel Pen to color the deer.

I stamped the strip I cut from the card base before adhering it to the front of my card. I added a little border to set it apart from the floral background. A few simple butterfly embellishments (available May 5th) complete this all occasion card. I stamped and colored the front of my envelope to coordinate.

My second card features the Woolly Friends Bundle. I love a punch bundle and this little lamb came out so cute!!!

For this card I embossed the strip I cut from the card base using the Eyelet 3D Embossing Folder. (*Last chance item!) The sentiment is from A Round of Hellos. I sponged the punched circle with Hydrangea Hue and Peaceful Pine and used the Peaceful Pine Stampin’ Blend to add some grass. I stamped and punched the lamb and popped it up with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I added a die cut layer behind my focal image using the Spotlight On Nature Dies.
I stamped a sentiment on the inside and fussy cut some flowers from the DSP.

I used some pieces of the DSP to coordinate my envelope.
