Mystery Solved!

This simple fun fold created from Designer Series Paper is one of my new favorites! It takes just minutes to create a WOW card! This card starts out like a Z fold card then the inside folds in like a gatefold card. Here’s a closer look at each of today’s cards.

I love the color combination on this card! Misty Moonlight, Cloud Cover, Gold and Very Vanilla look so elegant together! The colors are from the Kintsugi Inspirations Specialty Designer Series Paper. It is such a unique paper pack!

Inspired by the art of Kintsugi, you can use the gold foil fractured designs as backgrounds to tags and scrapbook pages. Or pair the airy blossom patterns and precut ceramic shapes for card focal points.

The vase on the front of my card is cut from the DSP. I did a little “surgery” on the vase using the hobby blade with my Take Your Pick Tool. I cut a small slit so I could insert the flowers in the vase. I cut the flowers from the Beautiful Motifs Dies.

Inside my card I used the Textured Notes Dies to cut the sentiment layer. I like the extra little texture around the border. The sentiment is from the Memorable Blooms Stamp Set (Last Chance Product).

I added the gold bird to cover the extra ink I got on my card. Oops! Sometimes a fix ends up adding great unintentional elements to the card! I like the way it ties in the gold.

I used the leftover strip of DSP to embellish my envelope to coordinate.

My first card was folded so the subtle pattern was front and center. I folded my second card to showcase the busier pattern in the middle with the subtle pattern on each side.

The Painterly Pears Designer Series Paper has been my go to for my Thanksgiving cards this year! The patterns are just gorgeous and remind me of those delicious pears from Harry & David!

Our hybrid embossing folders create ornate die-cut pieces with rich texture in one simple pass through the Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. The dies fit inside special ridges in the embossing folder for easy, one-step cutouts with dimension. Use the dies and embossing folder together or separately for a variety of looks and styles.

Cut out all kinds of caring phrases and decorative elements with the Thoughtful Moments Hybrid Embossing Folder. Each sentiment can be used on cards, gift tags, and other paper crafts. I cut the sentiment from Basic Beige cardstock then used a Blending Brush to add Mossy Meadow Ink over it to highlight the words. I added some die cut leaves from the Perfectly Pears Dies and ribbon to create my focal point.

I like how this card stands for display.
