Y is for Yay You!

Welcome to my ABC “Sale-A-Bration” Series! This series showcases products from the 2018 Occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochures. Today I am featuring an exclusive stamp set, Yay You.  You can get this exclusive stamp set with your Stampin’ Rewards when you host a qualifying party. The Stamp Set is featured on page 54 in the back of the Occasions Catalog.

This stamp set has great inspirational sentiments that are sure to put a smile on the face of the recipient. The extra designs add fun and interest to any project.  I made two cards to share with you today.

These are great cards to make multiples to have on hand to send out anytime.  I love the way these cards let the DSP shine. Both of these cards are a great “formula” for a clean and simple card.

I chose the Whole Lot of Lovely Designer Series Paper from the Annual Catalog for my focal point.  I simply picked 2 colors from the DSP for my card base and layers. Change out the DSP and sentiment and you could use this card for any occasion! The same could be said for my next card as well.

I added an embossed piece across the middle of the card using the Petal Burst Embossing Folder. I used the Layering Circles Framelits to layer the sentiment before popping it up with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I stamped the bird on Pool Party cardstock then fussy cut it out with the Paper Snips. I added DSP to the envelope to coordinate with the card.
