O is for Organza Ribbon

Welcome to my ABC “Sale-A-Bration” Series! This series showcases products from the 2018 Occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochures. Today I’m showcasing the Whisper White 1/4″ Organza Ribbon found in the Occasions Catalog on page 23.  Stampin’ Up! used to carry Organza Ribbon and if you follow my blog, you know it was my absolute favorite ribbon. Do you know why? Well,  for starters it is classic; however, what makes it even better is that you can sponge it to be any color you want!!! My very first blog post on July 4, 2016 featured Organza ribbon that I colored to go with my party favors.  My second blog post was a Tuesday Tip on Ribbon Dying. You can Click HERE to view that post and see how easy it is to dye the organza ribbon. (I am happy to see my photography skills have improved since then.) I chose to keep my ribbon white for today’s Clean & Simple card. It is quick & easy to create and uses minimal supplies.

I am thrilled we have Organza ribbon again! Today’s card is a remake of one I shared during my first alphabet series, ABC’s of Stampin’.  *If you are new to stamping, this is a great series which focuses on the basics of stamping. There’s lots of tips and tutorials showcasing our products and tools. Here’s the card that was my inspiration for today. You can click on the image to get the card measurements and details as well as find out all about the different adhesives and what to use for different projects.
