It seems Fun Fold cards are a favorite of many and the good news is I still have a few more fun folds to finish in this alphabet series. Between my computer crashing, a concussion, and end of the school year, this series has extended a little longer than I anticipated. I actually had all my ideas for the series written down months ago…sometimes it’s just a matter of finding the time to create. With my daughter home for the summer you know we have been spending lots of time together catching up. Hopefully it has been fun looking forward to what’s coming next. It’s the teacher in me who has to plan out everything. FYI…I have 3 more series in the works. The alphabet series help keep me focused with ideas to share. I think one reason I love teaching 4 year olds so much is their attention span and mine are about the same. LOL

Congrats Carrie! I like the idea that you are making the series last longer with the fun folds – gives us more time to absorb all the wonderful ideas! Whatever you do seems to work in my book! I had to smile at the attention span of a 4 year old!
I love that the fun fold swap cards are some different ones and some twists to ones I showcased! Great variety!!!! I have photographed them and going to try to get them in the mail tomorrow before I go to visit with my son for a cookout by his pool! I am so excited as this is the first time he is hosting and cooking for us!

I had to giggle when I read your comment on you and your 4 year olds ADD !! I feel the same at times ….there are just too many things to get excited about (especially involving fun stuff to play with !) that distract us !!
