I have been on Spring Break for the past 11 days and it has been glorious! After spending Easter in Massachusetts with family, I picked up my friend in Virginia and we drove to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for a beach retreat vacation.

The sandpipers on the beach reminded me of this swap card created using the High Tide Stamp Set.

I am happy this stamp set will be in the new annual catalog. I love the beach and lighthouses and the sentiments in this set are different.

We were so busy enjoying the beach and the weather was so gorgeous I didn’t even get to do it! I brought it thinking it might rain one day but it didn’t. Now I have something fun to look forward to doing this week!

We were definitely lucky with the weather…everyday was just gorgeous! One little shower one evening when we were out for dinner and shopping but nothing major. Counting the days til I can go back to the beach!

Oh Cheryl, I envy you being so close to the beach! I grew up in Massachusetts and spent every summer on Cape Cod. This was my first trip to Myrtle Beach and I will definitely go back! Perhaps next time we can arrange to meet! Where are you headed up North?
