Saying Good-Bye…Part 1

It’s hard to say good-bye to some of my favorite items from the current catalogs.  Here’s a list of 5 of my favorite (non stamp) items that are on the retiring list…

  1. The Designer Series Paper Stacks

This was probably the biggest shock to me!  I love the DSP in the In Colors and different color families (Brights, Regals, Neutrals, Subtles).  While I never mind when they change up the designs, I can not believe they are being retired.  I use these all the time (decorating envelope flaps, making bags and 3 D projects, card fronts, etc.)! As of today, the Brights, Neutrals, and In Color DSP Stacks are still available.  Get them while you can!

  1. I, too, will miss the paper stacks of DSP. I hope they come out with something comparable. Those mini embossing folders come in handy for a quick and pretty card, as well as the festive one. Luckily I have those. I can’t believe the adhesive remover is already sold out. I could go on and on. Take care. Have a great weekend.

  2. I loved the paper stacks too. Plus I love my punches. They should never retire punches in my way of thinking but expand on another set to go with. Oh crap, I just remembered I need to get a birthday card in the mail. Maybe the card from the buffet with this embossing folder will due the trick. Your jars reminded me I think the dapper denim ribbon is still available – that set of cards is so cute! I could even put them in a jar as a gift!
