H is for Happy Celebrations

Welcome to my alphabet series showcasing some of the new products in the 2017 Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs. I love the Happy Celebrations Stamp Set and the Celebrations Duo Textured Impressions Embossing Folders.  The embossing folders were designed to coordinate with the stamp set. There is so much you can do with these…combine images with 2 step stamping, emboss first and stamp images on top, deboss for a letterpress look, watercolor, etc. Check out this video from Stampin’ Up! to see some of the different ways to combine these stamps to make cards for so many different occasions.

This set is so versatile! It works for masculine cards and kids of all ages! You can add some balloons, flowers, or bling to dress it up or keep it simple. I made 2 different cards using the same stamps with Party Animal Designer Series Paper. Which design do you prefer?img_8523img_8524

I added some Emerald Envy ribbon and the party hat embellishment from Party Animal on my first card.  I stamped the inside sentiment using other stamps from the set.

You get a lot of bang for your buck with the Happy Celebrations Stamp Set and Celebrations Duo Embossing Folders.

Here’s a few more ideas to inspire you.

  1. Hi Jeanie, Love this set. It wasn’t originally on my top two . . . but now you have me thinking.
    🙂

  2. I like the brown card on the right-looks like a masculine card to me 🙂 I look forward to your blog posts each day 🙂

  3. Love them both! But if I had to pick…the left one. The bright colors are nabbing me right now!

    1. The “HAPPY” box is not a die. It was created by the Stampin’ Up! Design Team and was made using the Stampin’ Trimmer. I am working on the directions and will update.
