Tiny Treats for Thursday

The NEW Clear Tiny Treat Boxes make gift giving simple!  While we were in England I had the pleasure of tasting these sweet little treats each morning…Yum!  You know the saying, “Good things come in little packages”? Well, these may be tiny but they are ever so tasty!  I thought they would make great little gifts for the hairdressers at the shop where I sell my cards to help raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness.  I am always looking for special little thank you gifts to give these lovely ladies and this was something different that I hope they will enjoy as much as I did!

It doesn’t get much easier than this! The Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper was the perfect choice to dress up the treat boxes a bit.  I cut a strip 2 x 8 1/2, wrapped it around like a belly band, and secured it with Tear & Tape.  I added some of the gorgeous Peekaboo Peach Ruched Ribbon and love how you still get a “peek” at what’s inside.  This is perfect so the ladies can choose which one they want.

I played around with different designs and wrapped some going the other way so you can see the little jar.

It’s like Stampin’ Up made this Designer Series Paper knowing I was going to bring back these fruit jars from our trip! How pretty and perfect is this paper! Thank You Stampin’ Up! Click HERE to see all the designs in the Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper.

If you sell your cards like I do you need to check out this new stamp set, “I Stamped This!”  It is not featured in the catalog but is available to order now.

  1. What a great treat box! Love both ways of displaying what is inside. I am sure this thoughtful gift will put smiles on those faces. Enjoy the day!

    1. Thanks Mary Ann! It sure put a smile on my face when I tasted them. 🙂 Now I wish I had more! I only could fit 12 in my luggage and there are 12 ladies at the shop. I guess it means I’ll have to make another trip back to England (Oh I wish!!). I better deliver them fast before I am too tempted! LOL

  2. Love the little treat boxes and matching goodies to boot! I love when that happens. I have seen people put the DP on the inside and some people put it on the outside of the box. I like how you showed you could leave one side or two open to show the goodies or leave the top part just the acrylic so you can see the goodies from the top. Who knew there were so many variations on covering the clear boxes. Towards the holidays they tend to have sampler boxes of little jams – you could do that again and sell them. They would make cute little adult stocking stuffers!

  3. Hi Chris! I like your idea of adult stocking stuffers! I host an annual cookie exchange in December every year and I like to give a little favor to all the ladies…I will look for those little jars of jam. I had never seen that size before and I thought they were so adorable. If I had more room in our suitcases I would have brought more back because they were so yummy. Darn that 50 pound weight limit….all 3 of our luggage checked in just ounces under. LOL
Thanks so much for stopping by and taking the time to comment!

  4. Thank you Beth! The ladies are always so appreciative of the little gifts I bring them. I’m excited to share these with them as I mostly bring some sort of little candy gift. I appreciate you stopping by and taking the time to comment.
